Membership

Who is the LMW Hub for?

You. By visiting this page, you have shown an interest in leadership and management development and the LMW Hub is here to give you more. We are confident that you will benefit from joining.

The LMW Hub has something to offer everyone, whether you’re a student, just starting a new job, changing careers or working towards a promotion. The LMW hub can help you at any stage whether you’re a team leader or a seasoned manager, a consultant or a new business start-up.

When will my membership be activated?

Immediately. Once you have completed registration and payment you will be able to login with your chosen email and password. You will also receive a confirmation email.

How long is my subscription to the LMW Hub?

All membership subscriptions are for a full 12 month period.

Will my membership renew automatically? What happens if I cancel?

Your membership will renew automatically after 12 months. We will send you a reminder email 30 days before your membership runs out. If you wish to cancel your membership you have to notify us a minimum 30 days before the end of your subscription.

If you wish to cancel part way through the membership year, no refund will be given, but you will be able to use the LMW Hub until your subscription runs out.

How can I change my details?

Please send your new details to members@lmw.org.uk.

How can I change my password?

Just go to ‘change your password‘ at the top of the page and enter your email. We will send you an email containing a link to change your password.

Corporate

I have 50 managers, but 2000 employees – why can’t I chose the lower price bracket?

We know things change, a lot can happen in 12 months. People move within a company, new projects start, a non-manager wants to boost their skills. By signing up by company size, rather than the number of managers, we offer you the flexibility you need.

During your membership you can sign up as many employees to the LMW Hub as you wish, allowing for change and giving you the tools you need, when you need them. Our pricing structures are designed to be cost effective and offer a significant discount against individual membership cost.

How and when will my employees get access to the LMW Hub?

Please send us the details of the employees you wish to join in a *CVS file (including First Name, Last Name, email address). We will then activate their accounts and send each staff member their login details and a welcome email. Please allow up to 5 working days for this.

How many employees can I sign up?

As many as you want, anytime. Just email us the name(s) and email addresses of the new members. We will set them up with a new login and provide all the information they need.

Do members have to be ‘managers’?

No, you can sign up any employee you want. This could be someone who is looking to learn new skills, moving into a new role or just interested in leadership and management development. The LMW Hub will be beneficial at all levels.

How do you make sure my employees engage with the LMW Hub?

When you sign up we create an individual login for each employee and send them a welcome email. We will then send weekly top picks of news stories directly to their inbox, making sure that they always have the latest leadership and management thinking at hand. We will also send them reminders when a new leadership toolkit is available.

Student

Why join?

There are many reasons for students to join. The LMW Hub offers a vast amount of quality-approved resources, articles, and tools which you can use for your academic research or to improve your employability.

Will my membership renew automatically?

Yes, your membership will renew after 12 months at the standard rate (£49.95). If you are still a student at that time please contact us to cancel your membership, you are then allowed to sign up for another student offer (these may vary), providing you still have an academic email address.

What happens if I finish my studies during the membership?

Our membership subscriptions run for 12 months, so you will be able to continue using the benefits of the LMW Hub without any extra cost. If you need to update your email address please contact us. Your membership will automatically renew at the standard rate.
